I would say that it seems like The Swedish Market Court is pretty clueless when it comes to airlines - I would even go so far as to call them ignorant.

Not only SAS is affected. All airlines in Sweden must comply. The points you earn on competitive routes will only count as status and can never be used for rewards.
I think this is a major decision by the Swedish Market Court. Could you imagine it happening in the USA domestic market?
From what I have understood from reading the papers today people flying BU between BMA-GOT/MMX will still be able to earn Wings points...
