I would say that it seems like The Swedish Market Court is pretty clueless when it comes to airlines - I would even go so far as to call them ignorant.

points earned on competitive domestic routes in Sweden may not be used to take advantage of bonus offerings. However, earned points may be used to achieve a higher membership status, for example, silver or gold member.

Not only SAS is affected. All airlines in Sweden must comply. The points you earn on competitive routes will only count as status and can never be used for rewards.
I think this is a major decision by the Swedish Market Court. Could you imagine it happening in the USA domestic market?
From what I have understood from reading the papers today people flying BU between BMA-GOT/MMX will still be able to earn Wings points...
Will this effect other countries where one airline has almost the whole market?
